In addition to offices in Chantilly and Gainesville, Virginia, Hazelwood Title & Escrow also offers satellite offices in Washington, D.C.; and Purcellville (Loudoun County).  To make your settlement as convenient for you as possible, Hazelwood Title & Escrow is also a member of the Regus/Spaces office network and can conduct your closing at any of their offices throughout Virginia and Washington, D.C.

Tracy Bryan Horstkamp, Esquire

Legal services are provided through  Tracy Bryan Horstkamp, who has been practicing real estate law for over 25 years. A 1995 graduate of The T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, Mr. Horstkamp began his career at a law firm in his hometown of Stafford, VA where he worked in their real estate practice and general litigation. Mr. Horstkamp opened his own law firm in August of 1998 in Herndon, VA and has subsequently moved his practice to Leesburg, VA. His firm provides legal document preparation for over 55 title companies throughout Virginia.

Sandy Hazelwood is a native of Northern Virginia and has been involved in the real estate industry in Virginia for over 30 years. Sandy began her career serving as a paralegal with attorneys in various legal fields. She then became a licensed real estate agent, and has been working as a licensed title agent since 1995. Working in several settlement company environments gives her the ability to draw on those experiences in forming Hazelwood Title & Escrow.

Valorie Workman was raised in Shenandoah County and later moved to Prince William County. She began her career in the real estate industry in the Outer Banks, working for a real estate company then as a legal assistant for a real estate attorney. Valorie has over 31 years of experience which includes working with builders in North Carolina and Virginia, and extensive title industry knowledge. Valorie joined Hazelwood Title in 2009, and currently serves as Vice President and Senior Underwriter.
