Our Chantilly location is convenient to Fairfax, Centreville, Herndon and Reston. Our office features a children's room with toys, books and a television with DVD, and a conference room with a 2-way mirror so parents can keep a watchful eye while their children play.
We also now provide two satellite offices in the DC Metropolitan area. Our Alexandria office is located at 211 North Union Street, Suite 100, Alexandria, VA 22314. Our DC office is located at 1050 Connecticut Avenue NW, Suite 1000, Washington, DC 20036. Please call our Chantilly office at (703) 263-1455 to schedule settlements for these locations.

Our Process
When you place a case for settlement with Hazelwood Title, all necessary items are ordered as soon as the case is received. Avoiding last minute problems is our priority; our goal is to have all necessary paperwork to the lender’s closing department 5 days prior to closing. This allows us to receive the closing package early, so the case closes on time.
