| Our Process When you place a case for settlement with Hazelwood Title, all necessary items are ordered as soon as the case is received. Avoiding last minute problems is our priority; our goal is to have all necessary paperwork to the lender’s closing department 5 days prior to closing. This allows us to receive the closing package early, so the case closes on time. |
