On April 1, 2005, Hazelwood Title & Escrow, Inc. opened its doors for business, providing real estate agents, consumers and lenders with a settlement company focused on a commitment to service and quality.
With extensive real estate experience, Hazelwood Title & Escrow offers an automated processing system designed to have your documents ready early so you can enjoy an easy and smooth settlement. In addition to offering two satellite offices in the DC Metropolitan area, the firm also provides Spanish-speaking professionals upon request, and access to iOrderExpress, a leading-edge online transaction management system that provides real-time information about your settlement.
Sandy Hazelwood, President
Sandy Hazelwood is a native of Northern Virginia and has been involved in the real estate industry in Virginia for over 13 years. Sandy began her career serving as a paralegal with attorneys in various legal fields. She then became a licensed real estate agent, and has worked as a licensed Title Agent for the past ten years. Working in several settlement company environments has given her the ability to draw on those experiences in forming Hazelwood Title & Escrow.

Tracy Bryan Horstkamp, Esquire
Tracy Bryan Horstkamp has been practicing real estate law for 11 years. A 1995 graduate of The T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, Mr. Horstkamp began his career at a law firm in his hometown of Stafford, VA where he worked in their real estate practice and general litigation. Mr. Horstkamp opened his own law firm in August of 1998 in Herndon, VA and has subsequently moved his practice to Leesburg, VA. His firm provides representation and legal document preparation for 15 title companies in the Northern Virginia area and beyond.
