Sandy Hazelwood, President
Sandy Hazelwood is a native of Northern Virginia and has been involved in the real estate industry in Virginia for over 19 years. Sandy began her career serving as a paralegal with attorneys in various legal fields. She then became a licensed real estate agent, and has been working as a licensed title agent since 1995. Working in several settlement company environments gives her the ability to draw on those experiences in forming Hazelwood Title & Escrow.

Tracy Bryan Horstkamp, Esquire
Tracy Bryan Horstkamp has been practicing real estate law for 11 years. A 1995 graduate of The T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, Mr. Horstkamp began his career at a law firm in his hometown of Stafford, VA where he worked in their real estate practice and general litigation. Mr. Horstkamp opened his own law firm in August of 1998 in Herndon, VA and has subsequently moved his practice to Leesburg, VA. His firm provides representation and legal document preparation for 15 title companies in the Northern Virginia area and beyond.
